A screening call with HR, an hour call with hiring manager. Then in-person all day interviews - there were several back-to-back interviews with cross-functional people who were all remote. Ended with a face-to-face interview with hiring manager

Most questions were standard - give an example of how you dealt with a challenge... But several were about specific problems that people had on their own teams that reflected disagreement they had with hiring manager about the role

Had a few interviews. Very polite throughout, however, after multiple phone/video interviews the process seemed to stop and no one got back to me to let me know that I was not moving forward.
