Went in and spoke with 2 individuals. Job offer came the next day.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KeyBank (Amherst, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
I went to an open interview and I met with two recruiters. They seemed friendly and really liked me and I met with the district manager and she told me I would hear back within a few days from HR. The interview went well except a few weird questions like how did you deal with a customer that you did not handle well. I did pretty well for most part and she really liked my personality
