Really good. Overall very chill and I had a lot of fun talking about what Key is working on and how I would be a good fit to intern in the software development part of Key.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at KeyBank (Cleveland, OH) in Oct 2016
Interview
Three 30 min interviews. Behavioral, Analytical, and a Case Study. Very straight forward and all of the interviewers were MD or associates; all very friendly and supportive. Many struggled during the interview and they were walked through how to answer the question if they did not know how to answer. Typically you are not given the answer but in this case everyone knew the answer which is very different and honestly very helpful for the future. Even when you are not employed here, they always want you to learn and excel.

Interview
stress free environment. they didn't see like they wanted to grill us on every question. They genuinely seemed like they wanted to get to know us. Very nice group of people, just make sure to study up on the company and internship position.
