I applied through university recruiting/job board. If they like your resume, they'll offer a first round interview lasting about 30 minutes. This interview has a mix of behavioral and technical questions. The final round is a SuperDay at the corporate site. The team is really easy to talk to and they're primarily looking for fit in the company.
