I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KeyBank (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied online and received a phone call a week and a half later. The phone call was from HR and went over the position and benefits, and scheduled an interview with the branch manager. The interview was with a BM of a different branch (one that I had no intention of working at). Afterwards, I received another phone call from HR to schedule another interview with ANOTHER BM. The branch rented out their conference room so we had to have the interview at a nearby cafe. This BM told me he would let me know within a week, but ended up calling me back the same day to offer me a job. I was desperate and accepted. They had a set date for new hires which was about a month out. I had to get finger-printed, drug-tested, and a background check done.
