Interview
I was first recruited on campus during a career fair. I was contacted by a human resources professional to schedule a phone interview. Following the phone interview, I met with two managers in-house and the job was then offered and accepted the same day.

Question 1
Pretty straight forward sales interview. Why KeyBank? Why would you like this position? They ask you to describe your sales experiences along with your individual sales technique. Those questions were then followed be behavioral questions that had to deal with specific interactions with customers and how you would deal with a particular scenario.
