The interview process went smoothly. They asked basic interview questions about why you are a good fit for the job and previous experience with customers and coworkers. They were prompt, following up with a response within a few days after the interview was complete.

Interview
1st interview was with HR recruiter. It was about 30 minutes and difficult to read the recruiters personality. I didn’t think it went well but got an email the next day stating they were scheduling another interview with the hiring manager. That 2nd interview was a virtual interview with a 3 person panel. It was intense and lasted a little over an hour. The interviewers were extremely nice and personable.
