Tell me about a time you dealt with an unruly patron
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at KeyBank in Feb 2022
Interview
Completely disorganized. Spoke to 8 different women throughout the process (yes...8 different people): 3 HR people and then a panel of 5 managers. I had an HR person not show up for her interview. She then rescheduled afterward, requesting another interview in the middle of the day, despite the fact that the panel interview had already occurred. At that interview, she asked 3-4 pointless questions. I had known at that time that the position was already filled by someone else, but she held the pointless interview anyway. I also knew I wouldn't receive an offer after the panel interview, once I figured out that I wasn't the "type" of person they were looking for. I then received a rejection letter the next day. It felt like they were messing around with me on purpose.
