I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KeyBank (Cleveland, OH) in Oct 2011
Interview
The interview process began with a phone call, which lasted somewhere between an hour and an hour and a half. Questions ranged from related experience to behavioral questions. The second round of the interview process was a half-day series of onsite interviews. Most were one on one, a few interviews were conducted with two or three interviewers. After two or three I got the impression everyone was asking the same or similar questions. I don't know if this was intentional, but I made the assumption they were more interested in my personality than my industry knowledge or skills.
