Keyence Applications Engineer interview questions

The interview process is extremely poor. Lack of professionalism from HR through the stages. The interview has 4 stages: record a video interview (3 mins), mechanical comprehension test, Teams virtual interview, and in-person interview. Time taken Application to video interview (2 weeks) Video interview to test (1.5 weeks) test to virtual interview (1.5 weeks) The gaps between each of the stages are unnecessarily long and display the levels of unprofessionalism present at the company. No one answered the recruitment HR extension, I have called over 20 times over those 5 weeks. I had the virtual interview and was told that I would at the latest get a reply on the Friday of that week. No response as of 3 weeks so far, and no response to any of my messages asking for an update regarding my application.
