I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence
Interview
I first applied to the position online, and was emailed within the next of couple weeks with a link to a technical aptitude test. After completing the technical aptitude test, I quickly received another email notifying me that I had passed and asking me for my availability for a webcam interview within the next 2 weeks. During the webcam interview, the HR employee asked normal interview questions, but there were also a few obscure role play questions. After the interview, I had another interview with the regional sales manager. He was very open and direct with me about my job prospects, and I learned that they had an urgent need to fill the position by March, but I would not be available for relocation until mid May.
