Interview
Assessment centre day which was more of a introduction chat with all the candidates and then split to individual interview slots through the day. In the interview you do a roleplay of talking a customer through the uses of a product that they send you an info sheet for in advance.
If successful you go to another interview with the regional managers and head of sales.
