Thorough phone screen. Then you take an assessment and fly to Chicago for in person interviews with management. Very rigorous but rewarding experience. You do a mock sales meeting as well which is a great way to learn about the products.

There's a large meeting describing the company and interview process first. Then you're given a pre-recorded interview immediately afterwards, which you're encouraged to do as soon as possible. Priority is given to people who respond soooner.
Large group interviews then broken into smaller groups for sales pitching of the products. Overall the vibe was laid back for a white collar office. The interview was still very tough due to technical questions.
