Many stages to the interview process. For me it started with a phone interview/ introduction, then pre-recordered video interview, mechanics exam and then I got though to the two stage assessment day. The first half was round table introductions and proudest non academic achievement, then a one-to-one interview with a sales role play. After this the interviewer then mutes the mic and turns off camera for a few mins before letting you know whether you would progress to the afternoon of the assessment day. This is as far as I made it as they were worried about my confidence in a sales role. I received full feedback around a week later.

Question 1
Tell us a problem you have encountered and how you overcame it.
Interviewers were friendly and professional, but were seeking candidates who were willing to commit unconditionally to an ultra-long-term position within the company, rather than an open discussion about how a role with the firm may be a 'stepping stone'

Question 1
What interests you about a sales position, specifically?
It was an assessment day with a introductory call and then a 30 minute interview regarding personal questions and then a mock sales call. The mock sales call was to do with direct sales for hotel conference rooms.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence
Interview
Interview process is good, had to complete a mechanical test (somewhat difficult if you've never encountered questions of that style before) before a group assessment day.
The group assessment day was informative and gave a lot of insight into the role and the company and the group interview was relaxed with not too difficult questions. harder questions in the final stage including a role play
All was well until I got to the final interview stage and have heard nothing since. I can assume by now I didn't succeed in getting the role but it would have nice to be personally told this by the company. Normally, feedback isn't given for early stages but since I got to the final stage of the process, it was expected. I got in touch more than once and was told I'd get a call back which didn't happen so all-in-all quite disappointed in the treatment of candidates.
