Interview
An interview is a formal process where an employer assesses a candidate's qualifications, experience, and personality traits to determine their suitability for a particular job position. During the interview, the employer may ask various questions about the candidate's past work history, relevant skills, and their career aspirations. The interviewee is expected to provide detailed answers and demonstrate their knowledge and expertise in the field. Ultimately, the goal of an interview is to help the employer make an informed decision about whether the candidate is the right fit for the job and the organization as a whole.

Interview
The interview process was undoubtedly hard. I was able to skip the HireVue/Technical Knowledge Test as I was referred by a recruiter. I had one traditional interview where I went through my resume and talked about my strengths, then I had the sales roleplay which I had never done but managed to complete with a lot of research and practice. They give you this info weeks before your final roleplay. After the roleplay I went into one more final behavioral interview where I felt like they were assessing my ability to think on my feet. They did not ask very traditional questions like why Keyence, they were higher level. They will ask you to evaluate your performance on the roleplay as well. Overall the interview process was hard but I feel like it matched the intensity of the expected performance in the position, and it did seem very efficient. I appreciated that they put so much work into finding the right candidate. I didn't feel like I did very good overall.

Interview
My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.
