Aptitude round (offline). around 15-20 questions for 30 mins. Video call round to screening for technical round. offline technical round. all the rounds are high mainly focused on the confidence and accuracy.

A very long and tedious recruitment process and much too long in my opinion, especially if you are applying to multiple places. After hearing about the day to day work it us a highly demanding job with long hours.

Interview
The interview process has been fairly smooth and quick. Business seem keen to get new employee's on board. Process starts with video recording, then mechanical-based exam, followed by assessment centre.
