I was given a questionnaire to complete and send in over email, and then had a 30 min phone screening with the hiring manager, which included some brief technical questions. A week later, I had a 60 min technical phone interview with an employee in the same position I was interviewing for, who had been there for a number of years. I was told I would hear back about next steps within about a week's time. I did not hear back from the hiring manager for two weeks, and after I followed up with them, I was informed that I did not make it to the next round.
