I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kforce in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview was for a contractor Sr. ID with LexisNexis. I got through the screening stage with the recruiter and then later that day, he submitted my profile to the client. He also encouraged me to reach out to him at any time if I had any questions (which I later found out was not a sincere statement). A couple of days later he messaged me on my phone and told me that the position was on hold. He also said he was aware of other similar roles that were a good fit based on my background and that he would reach out to me with more details. However, he never got back to me even after I followed up regarding a similar role I applied for through Kforce. Then a few days later he texted me and said that the previous role for LexisNexis had opened up again and that I should expect an update in a couple of days. This is where things quickly fell apart. He would not respond to any follow-up communication even after waiting for days. The only reason I followed up was because he said I should expect new information. I also found his behavior to be very unprofessional considering he asked me to reach out to him with any questions. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Kforce to others.
