Kforce called me randomly based on my resume submitted recently for two positions one in TX and the other in FL. I couldn't answer it and so they left a message about interacting more on the same positions I applied for. I called them back as soon as I could (possibly within a couple of hrs) and regardless of how many times you call them or leave a voice msg or leave an email (from LinkedIn), there is absolutely no response. I think they have this policy of call once randomly and if they don't answer just forget. This has happened with both the recruiters in TX and FL. Professional recruiters respond one way or other when the contacted resource is trying to reach you back.

Initial application and communication with recruiter took almost a week or so. Salary negotiations went very smooth. Very transparent. Great clients and good jobs.
