The hiring process was really easy, as long as you have an interest in working with children and want to pursue a career in education. The interview was short and very straight to the point. Very easy to get hired once you have a friendly and social personality.
Easy, straightforward, they asked a couple of questions around childcare and experience. It was one interview and they offered me the role the next day - took about a week from application to offer.
