Extremely unprofessional. I completed a case study that they reviewed and never gave me feedback on. Candidates have lives and put effort into completing these assignments. The least you could do is give some feedback even if the fit is not right. They didn't even email me to say sorry but you're not making to the next round. Just stopped communicating. I would never work for this company after such a bad experience.
