Interview
It was well organized and pleasant. I asked a friend of mine to refer it to a mutual friend who works there. I got a call from HR and then she gave a statistics question after that there was a kaggle sort of peer coding challenge online with Manager. After this, I was called on-site for a 4 round interview. 1st one was a probability and stat interview which was pretty challenging. The second one was a python programming interview. It was some web log parsing. Nothing hard. 3rd one was SQL and programming again with the Hiring Manager which was a bit hard but manageable. The final one was with Engineering Manager which was more like a cultural fit.
Initial phone screen -> Short technical interview over the phone/shared Python notebook -> Onsite interview (I had to prepare and present a short presentation on the topic of my choice + 2 technical interviews + 1 chat with the Head of Data Science)

Interview
1- HR phone screening, checking if I knew python, SQL
2- Technical phone screening. Simple statistics and probability questions, a simple python coding and then conversation about a favourite ML project, and few questions about model selection and feature selection.
3- On-site interview: brain teaser like questions related to statistics and probability. SQL question, python (or pseudocode) coding to solve a very common coding problem and then computational complexity of the code.
I didn't get the job because I didn't do well in coding challenges. I didn't expect it honestly, and my background was not compute science so I tried to use standard python libraries, but they asked me not to use them. It was a text book programming question that any computer software student could solve.
