Initially I applied directly to the hiring manager and was contacted via e-mail to set up interviews throughout the process. It was a 3 step process, the first step was with my direct superior and the interview covered behavioral and technical questions. The second step was with the CEO which was more focused on cultural fit within the organization. The third step was a 2 week part-time trial to make sure that the company was right for me and that I was right for the company.
