I applied through other source. I interviewed at Kikoff in Jul 2024
Interview
The interviewer was very confident and enthusiastic, but late to the interview and immediately implied that he has already hired someone, which was awkward. He said that he would get back to me with an assignment but did not follow up. Eventually, after several weeks, somebody did get back to me to let me know they were putting a pause on hiring for the position. I had already moved on by that point but I do appreciate them getting back to me. And that being said, everyone was very nice and I don't have anything to complain about. That's just what happened!

Interview
Zero stars. COMPLETE waste of time. Weirdly casual, and unprofessional initial interview. Job description was really vague and I was told that I'd have to be working in spreadsheets my first six months. I was told I was overqualified but they wanted me to come on board to assist with rapidly changing needs. I agreed (fully desperate for work) and so they asked me to complete a VERY involved case study, which I spent a day working through. I turned it in and received radio silence. I had to follow up with HR a week later because I never heard back. After I reached out, they told me I'd been moved to the next round and would be interviewing with the next person. This person was more professional but had NO IDEA I had completed the assignment... They told me I'd need to complete it before making a decision (which I already did). They said great, I should be moving onto the next round then. Again, no one contacted me after this so I followed up AGAIN and they scheduled me for another interview. Then, just before the interview they rescheduled because of conflicts. AND THEN AGAIN a week later. After this, I gave up because it was becoming more of a time suck with no end in sight. Awful experience.
