Pretty fair, structured, and efficient process. No real complaints - everyone was friendly and the content of the interviews was appropriate for the role. Like other reviewers have said, the initial screen is informal, but I actually enjoyed it and thought it was a nice way to learn a bit more about the company and the role in a low-stress setting. I'd take that over a rigid screening call any day.
