Interview process was smooth, and clear. Good communication and clear expectations. HR prepped me well for what to expect during the interview. Follow up post interview and transparent with other candidates.

La primera entrevista me la hizo una chica de recursos humanos desde Inglaterra. La entrevista fue en inglés y fueron preguntas muy genéricas, sobre todo para analizar motivaciones, corroborar datos del cv y verificar el nivel hablado de inglés.
La segunda entrevista fue dos dos personas de marketing del equipo de Madrid. Fue rápida (media hora), pero no hubo un gran feeling. Me comentaron que no habría más entrevistas, que con esta segunda ya elegirían al candidato para entrar.

Great process. Hiring manager knowledgeable and went in depth into understanding the candidate’s background and knowledge into real world application. A lot of examples were given too. All in all good learning experience. Duration was longer than expected due to thoroughness in interview
