Tell me about a time when you had to convince a more senior person to change project direction
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Reached out to a recruiter via LinkedIn. Recruiter forgot my phone interview twice. After the initial interview, (which took over a month to coordinate) a full month went by with no response. After following up, recruiter scheduled an in person interview. Again, a month went by with no response. The recruiter then scheduled 4-5 phone interviews. One of the interviewers forgot twice as well. As a result, the phone interviews drug out for two months. The final interview was with the hiring manager. Never heard back about the position at all. This was the worst interview process I have ever been through. It was very unorganized. The role I was interviewing for changed throughout the process. The company outsources the Talent Acquisition team, which is a shame. I was totally surprised that a company of this size would have such a poor interview process.
