It was a very pleasant interview process. Unlike many of the companies that I had interviewed with, the entire process was completely transparent. Without me having to ask, they built out an entire timeline to expect which they followed. The team was inspiring and extremely personable, and the professionalism was obvious. You first begin with a general screening call which goes as expected. They speak to the hiring manager (mine viewed my LinkedIn) before deciding to go forth or not. After, I had two hour interviews that had two interviewers in them each. I was delighted that they had a list of questions that they went through to make each interview standard so they could accurately compare. The questions followed the STAR format and were really looking for how you work with others, the results you've brought to your previous jobs, and how you innovate. I was told they were going to meet internally to decide a candidate and received an offer from them less than a week later.
