The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark in Jun 2012
Interview
Very nice company, worked with a great company recruiter, and had great interactions with everyone I met on-site. Was contacted initially by a recruiter for the company after having submitted an application on the KC website. This was followed by a conversational phone interview to find out more about the position and then an on-site interview was set up for the following week. The interview consisted entirely of behavioral questions during several one-on-one interviews with different potential coworkers. The environment was very friendly and welcoming and proved to be not stressful at all.
