I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (West Lafayette, IN) in Feb 2015
Interview
I met recruiters at a college career fair, after a few minutes of chit-chat, I was invited to interview on campus the following week. My interviewer was a recent grad and asked behavioral STAR questions. He basically read of a sheet and noted down my responses- not really listening- and writing down the results.

Interview
Typical interview questions. Very friendly and relaxed. They were primarily concerned with experiences building teams of different backgrounds, as well as dealing with difficult situations. They took me on a tour and had me meet potential members of my team. Very good experience overall and I would recommend it to anyone.
