I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Irving, TX) in Jan 2009
Interview
A recruiter called me to set up a phone interview with the KC. A manager and a member of the audit staff called me. The initial call lasted about 1.5 hours. I was then flown to Appleton, WI later in the week to meet the other managers. I talked to 2 other managers, the team based in Appleton, and the VP of Audit. They asked about my background and explained to me the structure of their audits and focused a lot on my travel background and willingness to travel. They go to a lot of smaller remote cities outside of major metroplexes.
