I am from Colombia and was contacted for this possition in one of the three (over the world) Kimberly Clarck Innovation Centers in Medellin Colombia. At the time, I was in Buenos Aires, Argentina, so this was an skype interview. I was interviewed for three persons, one chief executive officer of bussines for latinamerica, one Human resources manager and another person in enginery. The CEO started explaining the requirements of the possition and tasks involved with this Innovation department. Then he starts to make questions about experience and skills.
