      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark in Oct 2012

      Interview

I received three on-site interviews each lasting a hour. In addition to the interviews, I had to complete a case study. The interviewers ask that the candidates answer each question in S.T.A.R format describing the Situation, the Tasks needed, the Actions you took, and the Results.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Name a time where you had to work with a diverse group to initiate change. What did you do and what were the results?
