I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2011
Interview
It's was fairly informal, but a good interview, as it gave a sense of the culture inside (driven, goal oriented, but fairly relaxed). Over time, interviews became more formulaic with standard interview guides, etc, leaving less opportunity for managerial discretion, but early on they attracted some great talent.

Question 1
What would make your last employer a great place to work?
5 stage interview . Phone screen HR, face to face with incumbent and HR, face-to-face interviews with peers, face-to-face interview with line mgr, face-to-face interviews with managing director, reference check then offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Jan 2021
Interview
Os processos foram: entrevista com RH, entrevista com gestor direto e entrevista com gestor do gestor. As pessoas me pareceram receptivas e gentis. Não gostei muito do fato de terem levado 3 semanas para me dar a resposta final. Primeiro alegaram férias do gestor. Depois o RH deixou de responder. No fim, optaram por um candidato de outro país.
Seemed like a good position and professionally handled company...most employees seemed happy to be there. From what I heard, most employees have been there for majority of their working career.
