Kimberly-Clark Process Manager interview questions

Two face 2 face interviews as this was only a fixed term contract role. I had an interview with 2 managers separately but also in my second interview I met the manager of that area who kind of threw some questions at me. Both interviews were competencyou based questions which is usual for companies like this. After I had the interviews I had to wait for what seemed like forever for anyour feedback. Luckily I got offered it but then I still had to wait for a start date. As I was out of work at the time this did feel like ages as I had no notice period to work. In all it took about 2 months from the start of the application to starting the role.
