The first interview is a phone interview with an HR representative. The tales hold true. I’m pretty sure they wipe out any soul you have left when you start working here.
I had a phone interview and it was very straight forward and not overwhelming at all. The questions aren’t very technical and are more personality based to ensure you can communicate effectively.
