Phone interview first round was very easy, talked with a recruiter from a different office who asked me only clarifying questions about my resume, no behavioral questions. It was definitely more of a screen than an interview.

Question 1
She asked me more about my positions and how I manage my time with all of my commitments.
My interview process began at my college career fair. I met with a representative who offered me an interview with the recruiter the following day. The interview was 30 minutes and behavioral. After this was a final round super day in person at the office. It was 2 hours long and split into four 30 minute sessions. Each sessions was mostly behavioral and focused on a different topic/skill.
