Screening phone call, zoom call interview with a couple of people, then "in person" in the office (with less than 24 hour notice) with 6+ people, 4 of which were still via video. It ended with a rushed office tour and told they had other candidates to interview. After going 3 rounds (or 5 if you count the 3 rounds in the office separately), I was told they were going with another candidate but then they had the job listed again in a week. I asked for feedback and got crickets. This was very disappointing for a company that I admired.
