Interview
I recently had the opportunity to fly in and have an in-person interview with Kimley-Horn and I have to comment on how great I think it went. Even if I don't get offered the job, the people at the company were truly amazing and I am fortunate to have been given the opportunity. They made me feel extremely comfortable, and honestly, if you read how they are on their website... they really are like that!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn (Lubbock, TX) in Dec 2018
Interview
Office interview with senior staff then interview with fellow employees. Then let you know if the company will proceed with the hiring process. This company is a great company to work for.
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn in Sep 2015
Interview
Met at university career fair. Applied online. Contacted to attend an informational and an interview the following day. Very relaxed interview. More focused on what kind of person I am. Phoned a month later saying the offices I wanted to work in were not in need of EITs at the moment. Knowing location was important to me, this is the only reason they did not extend an offer but will be in contact.
