Visited the Kimley-Horn & Associates booth at a career fair and was directed to attend their on-campus info-session and open interviews the following day. Having submitted an online application, I was then also invited to attend an exclusive dinner the night before the open interviews. Attended the dinner and open interviews. Dinner was relaxed and laid back enabling easy conversation between candidates and recruiters. Open interviews were also very comfortable. Questions were straight-line and flowed. The interview felt more like a conversation than a question-by-question drill. Following this interview, I was called a few days later with a request for an on-site interview. A week after the on-site interview, I was given an offer via phone. All interviews felt comfortable and relaxed.
