I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn (Orange, CA) in Jan 2014

Interview

Tough. 1hour and 30mins. But overall good interview. Employees were very serious about the interview. Showed the quality of the firm. Interview consisted of 6 people. Interviewers definitely studied my resume very well and asked very specific questions. One senior engineer asked me about 7 questions that were well thought out and had me thinking very deeply about my answers.
