      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn (Columbus, OH)

      Interview

The process took over a month. It started off with a phone screening with the hiring manager. Then I had the "final" interview 2 weeks later. This interview was 3 sets of 30 minutes with different members of the team. After this interview I was called again to see how it went. Afterwards, I talked with the team to get to know their day to day. From this I was told I didn't get the position. However, the company was still interested in me so they were going to schedule a different interview with a different team at the same location. Unfortunately, they never did, and I got auto-rejected after.
