I recently attended an in-person interview for the Staff Automation Developer (Back-end) position at your organization—a senior role for which I bring 15 years of experience, including leadership as a manager and extensive involvement in hiring processes. I appreciate the opportunity to meet your team and discuss how I could contribute to the role. I attended the interview more than a MONTH back as i write this.
However, I must express my disappointment regarding the lack of follow-up after my interview . Despite taking time off work, prioritizing this opportunity amidst other commitments, and traveling to your Ottawa campus, I have not received any response to my two follow-up emails to the HR team. This lack of communication is both discouraging and unprofessional, especially for a role of this level.
As a candidate who invested significant time and effort, I believe I deserve timely feedback—on the status ,selected or not—as well as constructive insights into the decision. Ghosting candidates reflects poorly on the hiring process and is not aligned with the professionalism one would expect from a reputed organization.
I had already mailed to the email address posted here for other bad reviews and NO ONE
