I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kindred Hospitals (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process was excellent. The recruiters are extremely personable, efficient and responsive. Throughout the interview and hiring process, they were informative and knowledgeable in answering my questions. Because it's a large company, the HR process does tend to drag a bit, but I was kept apprised of the progress every step of the way and never felt as though I was playing a waiting game.
