Phone screen with several questions. Panel interview with four managers. As with interviews for most government jobs, there was a list of set questions. I was asked to be prepare a presentation on a specific topic to bring to the interview. Final interview with manager and department head that was more informal. I was treated with respect. Panel members were cordial, and clearly highly skilled in their areas of expertise. I had the opportunity to ask questions at each stage of the process. As a result of the interview process, I was very excited to join the organization.
