It was fairly straightforward. Interviewed with HR and then four people on the team, with each interview only about 30 minutes. It was standard interview questions, nothing out of the box. If anything, more an opportunity to learn more about the role as they were trying to build out the team.

The HR generalist reached out for an initial phone conversation and followed up two days later about an in person interview at the office. Interview in person was about 4 hours and I talked to four different people. Was asked to come back for a second in-person interview shortly after.
