I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at King & Spalding (New York, NY) in May 2012
Interview
A brief intervie with the Secretarial Manager and the future WP Manager followed by skills testing - computer based - followed by a stand HR interview with the HR director for the location. All in all, the people were friendly and easy to talk to and the interview questions were the usual job history and Big Law work related questions and I got an offer fairly quickly.
Interviewed with 3 different people and the process was smooth and efficient. They asked typical questions and i got to interview with the lawyers i would be reporting to. They got back to me in a timely fashion.
