The flow was application submission, conversation with recruiter, interview scheduling, in-person interview and remote interview. I received an offer contingent on background checks and testing. The process was relatively quick.

First round with hiring managers. Very pleasant, 30 minute chat where they just ask you about yourself and why you're interested in the position and company. Second round with your supervisors. Very laid back and informational interview. It's really just an opportunity to learn more about the role. Third (and last) round with the attorneys and partners you'll be working with. Everyone was super nice and willing to answer questions.

Contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. Met with the recruiter in person and completed a series of assessments (proofreading, excel, word, etc.) Came back and met with 5 or 6 different people including LPA's and attorneys.
