The process took 2 months. I interviewed at King & Spalding (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
My process began reaching out to attorneys in my desired practice group. That let to two individual phone interviews with partners in the practice group (each about 20-30 min).
A few weeks later, I was received an offer for a callback interview at the Atlanta office. I met with ten attorneys throughout the day, beginning at 9:30 and ending around 2:30pm. I had a mix of video conferences with attorneys in the New York office as well as personally meeting attorneys in the Atlanta office. Each meeting was 30 min, but the in-person meeting always had both a Partner and an Associate.
The interview schedule included a lunch (again with a partner and an associate) at a nearby
restaurant within walking distance.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at King & Spalding (New York, NY)
Interview
Went through a virtual career fair. Very standard interview questions just about my resume. However, the interviewer was incredibly rude after when I tried to follow up. She was the only person from the career fair who did not reply to the usual thank you email, and then never even let me know that I did not get an offer. I followed up asking if there was any update, but she just never responded. I’ve had some similar experiences in the past, but somebody, whether it be HR or the interviewer, always followed up in some capacity. It was just disrespectful.
it was two rounds, first round was a panel interview and second round was a one on one. Both interviews went like any other and it was not bad. You just need to be prepared.
I applied online. I interviewed at King & Spalding (Washington, DC) in Dec 2021
Interview
First interview was remote with the members of the team I was joining. Second round was optional in person with larger pool of interviewers from the teams I’d likely work with on matters.

Question 1
Pretty normal questions, but mainly they wanted to know if I’d be a good fit with their teams and wanted to give lots of time for me to ask questions.
