I submitted my application online in December and heard back from them mid January. It was a very straightforward process- I got one email from the HR manager to describe the position and schedule an interview with one of the project attorneys. My interview was quick and to the point, less than 20 minutes. It felt more like a face-to-face introduction rather than an interview. I got the impression that they already knew who they wanted to hire based on application and resume submissions because the interviewer kept using terms like "you will", plus I got a background check request several hours later.

Very informal interview. Straight and to the point. I don't know what else to say. I have to take up thirty words. Dress nicely and act professionally. Do good things in life. I feel like that's 30 words.

The interview was a five minute meeting. I met with two Staff Attorneys and we briefly went over my resume. I was told about the job and expectations. I got a phone call two weeks later asking me to start the following week.
